Typhoon Bolaven hit North Korea last night with winds up to 38 meters a second.It knocked down hundreds of trees,damaged buildings,and caused blackouts in several cities.North Korea is still strugging to recover from deadly floods earlier this summer,and now may have even more trouble feeding its people.Earlier,Bolaven swept across South Korea with winds as high as 52 meters per second,and left 12 people dead,ten missing,and nearly 2 million homes and business with out power.
