Improved the electrostatic precipit

Improved the electrostatic precipitator for the first to fourth machines, including EP polar line in the first 3 zones.Updated and retrofitted to high frequency T / R or last zone EP changed to moving electrode plate, which can improve control efficiency of electrostatic precipitator.
