All Specific Deliverables are provided for the sole use of the Client. No liability is accepted by UH for any reliance which may be placed upon any Specific Deliverables by any other person, unless prior written permission is given by UH authorising the provision of particular Specific Deliverables to such other person. Where any Specific Deliverables are stated in this Agreement to be “experimental” (or similar), UH does not (subject to clauses 8.1 and 8.2) accept any liability for any use which may be made by the Client of them, nor for any reliance which the Client may place upon them.
The provisions of this clause 8 shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement for any reason.
