Alien Registration
All exchange students must apply for a residence permit at the Immigration Office within 90 days of your arrival in Korea. Any foreign national staying in Korea for more than 90 days must register as a resident alien. After your registration, an Alien Registration Card will be issued, which is needed in a variety of circumstances.
