1The Contractor shall perform to measure the circulating currents on the flange between high voltage bushing terminal and tank of 345 kV main transformer under 345 kV main transformer installed on its full continuous rated load normal service operating conditions. If the aforementioned circulating current values is greater than those circulating current values(250A) as specified in Section No. 5.1 of IEC 62271-211, the Contractor shall afford all necessary and reasonable facilities required for completing the improvement without extra cost and schedule impact to TPC.
