For each of the three groups of participants (students, industry partners, teacher), I used different means to obtain insight into the impact of the model. First, I administered Tenenberg’s end-of-course survey to the students from the most recent instantiation of this model, so that we would have comparable data [3,5].
This Likert-scale survey had four questions and eight of the nine enrolled students completed it anonymously during the final week of the academic term. (See Table 1 below.) I added several openended questions to the end of this survey to get deeper insight into student experiences:
