If for any reason whatsoever Benoy’

If for any reason whatsoever Benoy’s appointment under the Main Contract is terminated (whether by the Client or Benoy), then the appointment of the Sub-Consultant hereunder shall thereupon forthwith also be terminated and subject to receipt of the relevant payment by Benoy from the Client, the Sub-Consultant will be paid on a quantum merit basis based on the value of the Sub-Services completed as at the date of such termination as agreed between the Client and Benoy.
