Thanks for the loop. As per attached email, lot disposal executed same as recommendation. No need inform cust. By the way, on 2017 OFI on IQC, customer requested us to provide wafer incoming inspection summary, include monitor index, sample size & criteria.This OFI was closed w/o demand from customer to implement incoming AOI. Thanks for the reminder.
