Solution
- At this point of time, we do not have any solid solution to overcome the problem.
- The component that had been replaced was the Ethernet switch hub but yet the issue persist.
- Few suggestions made upon for issue trouble shooting:
o Isolate each valve banks & have its wiring check – IN PROGRESS.
o Isolate each sensors wiring – IN PROGRESS.
o Isolate the Ethernet switch hub with external power supply – DONE.
As of now the trouble shooting still in continuous mode& at the same time we are out of VHB material – adhesive sticker pad for back-box. As for the record, we could not proceed with any panel testing for system verification.
We will do our very best to overcome the issue as it is quite complicated which contributed by several possibilities. The only thing is to overcome it step by step. I will keep you guys posted again next week.
