My future career goal is to gain an important role in information technology fields in North America. The University of British Columbia is proud of its top-ranked faculty and labs in electrical and computer engineering within the Greater Vancouver area. With doubt, I firmly believe that I could change my mindset through M.A.Sc and Ph.D. training at UBC, and then raise my innovativeness to drive technology forward. Moreover, the abundant of IT companies, such as IBM, Apple, Cisco, and a variety of startups, form the “North Silicon Valley” in Vancouver, thus giving me tremendous opportunities to collaborate with Greater Vancouver’s IT professionals. I could apply my research results or leadership skills to achieve success in the IT industry. Therefore, the graduation program of ECE department at UBC is the ideal option for me to complete my career goal. For more detail, please refer to the stetement of intent which I uploaded.
