Cancelling your booking involves costs. The airline charges costs to cancel a ticket. This can be a fraction of the ticket price, a fixed amount or in some cases it is not allowed and you will not get a refund.

However, if you have booked the Premium Service Package, then the administration fee for BudgetAir.com will not apply to you.
