10.2 Equally, JEC may terminate this Contract with immediate effect by giving notice by registered letter with notice of receipt, in case INTER should declare its insolvency, or be subjected to bankruptcy, judicial or foreclosure proceedings, or in the event of voluntary winding up of the same.
10.3 In all the cases of withdrawal set out in this Article 10, INTER shall have the right to the compensation outlined in Article 4.1 for the period in which the Contract was in force.
