At the end of the slop he fell a thousand feet into a cloud of snow , upon a snow slope even steeper than the one above.he rolled and slid down this,stunned and unconscious ,but without a bone broken in his body;and then at last he came to gentler slopes ,and rolled out and lay still ,almost burried in the soft heap of snow.
