Dear Captain, Basis the medical report as attached, the seafarer is notfit to fly to home country and the doctor suggest the seafareris fit for light duties but no bending or heavy labor.Thus the seafarer is not required to sign off from vessel. We will clarify again with the doctor/clinic once availabletomorrow in the morning.
