It is understood and acknowledged that the Proprietor has obtained all necessary permissions required for the Publisher’s use, solely in connection with the Translation under the terms of this Agreement, of photographs, illustrations and/or quotations copyrighted by parties other than the copyright holder(s) cited in Paragraph 10 (b) below. All other costs and expenses relating directly or indirectly with the Publisher’s obligations hereunder shall be borne by the Publisher, including the costs of compensating all translators. The Publisher agrees to obtain from all translators written permission for all rights to their work.
