The report gives a guide for water amount.For example,men should get about 3.7 litres daily while women. should get about 2.3 litres daily.But it's hard to know how many glasses of water are enough,because the food we eat every day also contains a lot of water we need.
Some expert think that the misunderstanding may be traced to an American health report in 1945.It said a good amount of water for most adults was 2.5 litres daily,because an adult needs one milliliter of water for each calorie of food that he eats.But that was only part of the report.It also said the most of the water we need is contained in the food we eat.
Many experts believe that water amount depends on many factors ,such as food in-take,personal health,weather,the environment,and even how often you exercise.Too much or too little water is harmful to your health.
