I would suggest that SJM upgrades all the affected games to the latest platform to minimize this issue. As the game platform 5.01 have been for a while, it could have software enhancement in the newer platform which will mitigate this. I would want a list of the games affected but I don’t recall getting it from you. Can you please help to send it over again?The latest games currently will be much more robust and using Native SAS, thus eliminating the usage of SPC2.5. I would suggest that you use platform 5.13.3 and above as this have a lot of fixes which is important for the running of your casino floor. Please kindly approach your local Sales Account Manager to talk about the software enhancement.
