Very unprofessional on the phone to make an appointment, even less professional and less courteous in person. The doctors are more interested in sending you to do all kinds of unnecessary costly procedures than anything else. When asking for blood test they missed specific tests I requested, they apologized then charged me for the test that wasn't performed. Said they would send results later but never did one week later called back to request results extremely frustrated as they lost the results and couldn't determine if they had sent it to my address or not!
I would not recommend anyone under any circumstances to visit such a poorly organized facility that charges exorbitant fees without any benefits. Thailand has many other private hospitals which far better staff, service, doctors and facilities - this is definitely not one of them.
