This study was designed to analyze the major problems that elementary school principals face in providing services for gifted and talented students. It also elicited from principals those techniques they have found useful in resolving the problems associated with managing programs for these students. A Delphi Technique, consisting of three iterations, was used as the research method for this study. This chapter summarizes the results.
