Holy Roman Temple (Dutch: Heilig-Bloedbasiliek, French: Basilique du Saint-Sang) is a Roman Catholic pontifical temple, located in the Belgian city of Bruges. Originally built in the 12th century as a small hall in the Earl of Flanders, this church houses the relics of the holy blood collected by Joseph of Arimathea, from the Count of Flanders, Tiedric, from the Sanctuary Back. Built in 1134 to 1157 years, in 1923 upgraded to the secondary pontifical temple.
