Discharge battery pack before start of test.
Start charge cycle
When fully charged record all data from software monitor, including pack voltage, cell voltage, Remain capacity, RCP, counter values, use time, etc.
Hold unit on continuous charge for 10 days.
At end of test record all data from software monitor, including pack voltage, cell voltage, Remain capacity, RCP, counter values, use time, etc.
Measure pack voltage and self discharge current with multi-meter.
Check pack function in unit with discharge and charge cycle recording times, check LED function, open battery pack and visual check for no damage or overheating to cells and components
Pass criteria : no abnormal function or damage to battery pack or charger.
No overheating, deformation, or visible damage to cells, lead wires, inter-cell connections, or PCB.
Fully charged values to show no abnormal values after test compared to start values.
Cell balance difference to be ≤50mV
Self discharge current to be ≤40uA
