Is SUS 316 one of the grade commonly used by factory for machining ?
We have 1 hub (Hamachi) which need to control tightly on the
1. ID diameter of 10 um total tolerance
2. ID perpendicularity to a sitting plan (datum A) of 10 um.
ID in here is referring to diameter 6 mm below and it’s perpendicularity is called out right underneath the 6mm diameter, reference to datum A.
We are expecting the buyoff is based on wobbling check as shown in video clip attached after mounting the hub ID to fitting shaft of 6.003+/- 0.001 mm.
Question is will you be able to complete the whole hub machining in 1 set up which generate hubs which are consistently meeting these 2 dimensions and other Critical dimensions ? or you will have other approach.
