Assisting to build an inspection mechanism by recruiting, training, and setting up equipment. Numbers of the Mu-Chi-Lan river volunteer team are thirty-seven who separated into four groups and eight teams (two teams per group). The inspection mechanism is inspecting twice a week (Saturday and Sunday), a team turning out for work each time, and inspection areas exchanged periodically. From inspection began, the main environmental problem is waste pouring but not too significant illegal behavior.
