ABCD (Suzuki) methodThe ABCD (Suzuki) method was applied to rank the importance of 20 groups of difficulty obtained with the affinity diagram. All the groups of difficulties were assigned ranks ranging from 1 (most important) to 10 (least important). The ABCD method was applied to 18 HTLs (the same team from the realization of the affinity diagram) during the realization of stage II of the study, following a short explanation by the author of the principles of filling in an individual worksheet. The HTLs gave ranks to the aforementioned 20 groups of difficulties (A-T) using individual evaluation worksheets. The worksheets of individual scores were collected by the author and all particular scores were counted and presented as a cumulative worksheet.
