We have received further reports of widespread BPC issues, following on from the performance issues reported over the last two days. In addition to the symptoms reported yesterday, users are experiencing an issue when saving or loading data, where it disappears after saving and is not visible on other reports. This additional issue appears to be limited to the FINANCE model, and started from around 5:30pm UK time yesterday. Global Technology having been working through the night with SAP to try to identify the root cause and find a resolution, and that work is ongoing. We will share updates as soon as we have more information. If there is a need for downtime, this will be communicated in advance.
