I’m not sure what the main problem is , but we didn’t receive any information for their label of QR code.
By the way, we didn’t have experience for adjusting QR code on the label, what we did is that we adjusted barcode on our label.
Please check with customer that why they requested QR code, also, please check whether they can accept barcode or not instead of QR code.
