Regarding the thread dimension of 4.8x35 MC, we checked our production line, this lot was close to the upper limit of thread rolling die, we think that is the main cause of it.
Also, maybe, there is some difference about the using of calipers between our QC and yours. But anyway, we will be more careful of the dimension to be controlled in middle limit.
