Thanks for your prompt reply, and also thanks for let me know the thoughts of your side
I am really sorry about the complaint of our quality before, but hope you can understand that we value your opinions highly, that we do our best to improve ourselves, both of products and service.
From 2015/12, we were replaced our old machines with new ones in succession, till now, we have replaced totally 16 units,(pls see the photos as attached), and we believe that will help us to keep the stable quality, in addition, we offer about 40% of Japanese market by our side now, we really do lots of effort on it.
We grateful for your patronage during the period of growing stage, sincerely, not only yours but also ours. In other words, we are ally~ HAHAHA~ and we are happy that both of us all better and better now.
I understand that it can not guarantee by one side story, but hope you can give us more chance, also give yourself, to affected by our effort and improvement
