I write regarding the rejection of my refund below.I find this to be an unacceptable reason for rejection - any 'smell' on the clothing is most definitely from your warehouse or from transit.I tried the item on once and immediately placed it back into the packaging and returned it to yourselves the very next day.The item is not faulty and definitely resell-able from the condition I had returned it. Furthermore, this refund has taken ONE MONTH to process.Please let me know how to submit a formal complaint. This is actually quite outrageous.
