I would like to compare Chien-Chih

I would like to compare Chien-Chih (Joseph) to all the graduate students which I have ever taught. Based on his outstanding academic performance, diligent personality, great soft-skills, and strong technical expertise, I would say that Joseph is one of the top one percentage best students which I have directed.
