In case the events specified in item 8.2. have caused extra cost while transportation, customs clearance of the Products, a delivery delay of the Products to the final consignee end other, the damages must be compensated by the Seller. Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller on the arisen difficulties and the costs extra immediately at detection of such fact.
This is valid only in case the Buyer provides full list of the documents confirming the fact that the Buyer was fined by its customers and the exact sum of the fine was paid.
