You have to make up your mind whether you want to have the opening angle adjusted in production or you want to give component tolerances that guarantee the correct opening angle.

If you give component tolerances that guarantee the correct opening angle sometimes they are not feasible in production or you don´t know how to divide the necessary tolerance between the two components so that they are feasible for both parts.

But it is very often possible for production to adjust both parts against each other.

If you ask for adjustment and request component tolerances as well it may be that the assembly is o.k. but the components are out of tolerance. That does not make sense so we consider tolerance and request for adjustment in one drawing as contradiction.
