Nowadays, cultural intelligence (CQ) is believed to be one of the most influential factors in banking industry. There are different studies, which indicate there could be some relationships between cultural intelligence and performance of banking industry. There are different types of CQ such as cognitive, metacognitive and behavioral CQ and there are literally tremendous works associated with the relationships among these components. According to Balogh et al. (2012), cultural intelligence is one of the most influential competences in the 21st century.
