This is to advise you that with immediate effect, the Management will not approve any staff leave if the required procedures that stated in the employee handbook are not followed.
Staff who fails to follow these procedure will be subject to written warning w/o prior notice and if the case is considered to be serious by the management such staff may be subject to dismissal w/o compensation.
The company has given numerous chances to staff to gradually improve the wrongly behaviour of taking leave casually. Unfortunately, a few of the members seems not aware of what is called self-discipline and taking
advantage of the management's patience and forgiveness. At the end of the day, other members have to share extra burdens and the operation of the department is negatively affected.
Therefore, the management is now stands firm on this internal rules and demand all members of staff to follow it. Furthermore, department managers have the prime responsibility to report to the management of the wrongful behaviour of their
subordinates without delay.
