11.1 The Client may, without prejud

11.1 The Client may, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may possess, immediately terminate this Contract by giving a notice of termination to the Consultant if the Consultant:
11.1.1 Becomes bankrupt or files for bankruptcy or reorganization or liquidation;
11.1.2 Is in breach of Article 14.7
