We think that the problem relates to us trying to buy the items from you and then resell them at a higher price. We have another idea that might help us both. Instead of us selling the parts under our company, what if we serve as your Sales Representative for an agreed upon fee of 5%. Then, we can go out on your behalf and sell iron stairparts to customers who buy full containers. The customer will pay you directly and you will pay us our agreed upon commission described above. You can set the price and we will work on your behalf to generate more business for our joint venture. If this is agreeable, we will need to work through the details about how we conduct this business.
