I was advised and I verily believe that H&L has further written to DL&C on 30 July 2016, requesting DL&C to confirm that whether the Respondent consents that the Bank do disclose to the parties of the captioned proceedings the Requested Documents. I was advised and I verily believe that H&L receives no response until the moment I make this affirmation, which means the Respondent simply ignored H&L’s said letter although it is stated therein that “If [H&L] fail[s] to hear from [DL&C] by noon of 1 August 2016, [H&L] shall assume that [the Respondent] refuses to give the relevant consent.”
