This contract is leveraging the many years of cooperation between Siemens and ANSYS to a higher level. ANSYS is now part of SAM4EA. This simplifies your and your simulation team´s access to the ANSYS simulation technologies.
The Siemens GS IT organization will host all ANSYS licences on a
(1) Global License Server (SAM4EA)

// Scalable Variation Analysis, Robust Design
// High Performance Computing (HPC) with the HPC Licence Pool
and a
(2) True-Up-Pool

/ who want to enhance their Key Simulation Strategies and Workflows
/ who have a short-term urgent need for additional licenses
