According to the project instruction, it is no limitation on height of buildings in this project. But the building ordinance has been reviewed for reference. The height of each storey in hostel and academic building is 3.6m and there are eight storeys. The ground level is reserved for 4.5m height and which includes transfer plate construction. Therefore, the total height of hostel and academic building is around 34.2m.
