1 pound pork loin
⅓ + ¼ cup coconut milk (or whole milk)
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 coriander roots, washed
1 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
½ tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
½ tablespoon corn flour
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
10-15 wooden skewers (before using skewers make sure to soak them in water 30 minutes so the sticks don’t get burnt while the pork is cooking)
